William Morris Honeysuckle Border Tapestry - Indigo Blue
Honeysuckle is the border that William Morris designed to surround his marvellous Woodpecker tapestry. Beth Russell's interpretation is as adaptable as the plant itself, looking as attractive vertically on a bellpull as it does on a stool, pillow or cushion. The original tapestry now resides at the William Morris Gallery, Walthamstow.
Beth Russell has adapted Honeysuckle so that it can be made into a comfortable cushion, a stool top or, if turned upright, into a firescreen. A chart is provided for initials to be stitched in the central area.
The cushion is available in two colourways - this is the Indigo Blue background.
